We do not ship our kittens by cargo, but will work with a courier if needed. Coat Color Variations Red Maine Coons are also known as ginger, orange, marmalade, or sandy. Our cats are ACFA and/or CFA and/or TICA registered and we have shown in ACFA although due to family health issues we have had to stop for the time. We have DNA tested our cats for the one known gene that may cause HCM and also for other genetic diseases know to Maine Coons. The health and well being of our cats is very important to us. We specialize in a variety of colors, browns, red, silver, black with and without white. They have well furnished ears with lynx tips and tufts and long fluffy tails.

BLACK Kittens are born black, but often develop rusty or coppery coats, white or silver hairs, or a lighter ruff and/or undercoat until full adult coat appears at 12-18 months. The spot disappears as the adult coat start to grow in around 9 months. They are generally very large with substantial boning and beautifully patterned. WHITE Some kittens are born with a smudge of black or blue hairs on top of the head. That means our kittens will express characteristics, physical features and the personality of the breed. Our goal is to breed the best example of the Maine Coon Cat.

The neuters and girls have the run of our home. The breeding males have their own room, right next to ours. We don't believe in cages or other types of isolation. Maine Coon cats and kittens are social, loving cats and thrive on interaction with their humans. They enjoy being playful and interacting with the whole family but they also enjoy showing affection and cuddling up with the ones they love. We raise all our kittens underfoot (and under the covers). Due to circumstances, Beth has decided to retire so we will go ahead with our mission of giving others the pleasure of having a Maine Coon share their lives. We spent the next 13 years partnering with Beth Bishop, sharing the lovely Maine Coons and the responsibilities that come from letting these special babies in our lives. That started our journey into what has become a special part of our lives. Luckily, we contacted Beth Bishop of Mainevalley, and she allowed us the privilege of having Mainevalley Madison of Tufts'N Ruff share our home. Temperament: Loyal, Loving, Intelligent, Great Mouser.

Suitable for: Active families with children, those looking for a large housecat.

We met our first Maine Coon Cat in 1996 and it was love at first sight. White, blue, silver, red, brown, gray, black, tabby.
